CreativeBuilding | Network ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your information when you use GameHub and its related services. GameHub is a service operated by CreativeBuilding | Network. All user data and account management are handled by CreativeBuilding's infrastructure and support team.

By using GameHub, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with GameHub, we may collect the following information:

  • Personal Information: Username and email address
  • Technical Information: IP address, operating system, browser type, hardware details (graphics card, display, system specs, CPU type, device name)
  • Cookies: Browser cookies and session identifiers
  • Location Data: Approximate geographical location based on your IP address

2. Why We Collect Your Information

We collect your data for the following purposes:

  • To improve and enhance our services
  • To ensure the security and integrity of our platform
  • To maintain session continuity (e.g., keeping you logged in)
  • For diagnostics and debugging to improve user experience
  • We collect hardware information in-game during diagnostics and when you send bug reports

3. How We Use Your Information

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
  • Third-party services may access your information only if you explicitly authorize them (e.g., linking external accounts to your GameHub ID, which may share your username and email address). If you choose to do so, we have no control over the security or privacy practices of said third-parties.

4. How We Protect Your Information

Your security is important to us. We implement the following safeguards:

  • Sensitive information, including passwords, is encrypted and securely stored .
  • Your password is not accessible by CreativeBuilding | Network or its administrators.
  • Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We will only access your data if you ask for a copy of your data, or choose to terminate your account.
  • GameHub ID user data is stored in the United States of America in Arizona in our own datacenter.
  • User account data is stored centrally in our datacenter in Arizona, USA. To improve game performance and latency, individual game save data is cached on regional servers located in US West, US East, Asia, Europe, South America, Singapore and Oceania. However, the authoritative copy of all data is maintained exclusively in Arizona.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to:

  • Maintain your login session
  • Improve overall user experience

These include session cookies that expire once you close your browser. You may decline cookies in your browser settings; however, doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of the service. We may utilize services like Google Analytics to collect and analyze how users interact with our website and services.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

  • We do not share your personal information with any third party without your direct consent.
  • If you authorize data sharing (e.g., integrating with external services), data may be shared as outlined during the authorization process.

7. International Users and Data Rights

Users around the world, including those covered by laws such as the GDPR and CCPA , have the following rights:

  • Access: View the personal data we store about you
  • Correction: Modify inaccurate or outdated information
  • Deletion: Permanently delete your data

These actions can be performed directly through the Account Dashboard > Security Tab .

8. Data Retention

  • We retain your data as long as your account remains active.
  • If you choose to delete your account, your data will remain on our servers for up to 30 days* in case you wish to reactivate it. After that, it is permanently deleted .
  • * We perform daily backups to prevent data loss. Your account information may be kept for up to 90 days in our backups in addition to the 30 days stated above. Backups are encrypted.

9. Data Breach Policy

In the highly unlikely case of a data breach, we will take the following measures to secure your information:

  • We will notify you of any data breach that occurs on our servers by email and via notification on the GameHub site, and inside of all of our games. Additionally, we will notify you specifically what information could be at risk.
  • To secure user accounts, all existing users will be required to reset their passwords to their GameHub ID. All currently logged in sessions will be invalidated until we have confirmed that users can safely login again.
  • Once the breach has been contained and a patch has been issued, we will issue a report stating what caused the breach and how we fixed it.

10. Children's Privacy

  • GameHub is not intended for users under the age of 13.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has registered, we will take immediate steps to delete their account and associated data.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If changes are made:

  • You will be notified via the Account Dashboard
  • An email will be sent to the address associated with your account.

Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
